If not please visit here. (Your ticket which is £24 only, will be refunded in full in the unlikely event your poster is not accepted). The deadline to secure your poster ticket and submit your title & abstract is 24th February 2024.
The Process:
- Overview: A succinct summary of the purpose, methods, and results. Use phrases rather than sentences in a simple outline format.
- Introduction: A concise statement of the objective and background of the work.
- Methods: Describe the apparatus, chemistry, samples, and materials used.
- Results: Use graphs, spectra, charts, and pictures with a minimum of text.
- Conclusions: Concise statement of the findings indicating future research.
Poster requirements:
A Poster at World Organoid Research Day+ will be both a physical and digital poster. Posters must be a PDF submission (Max 5MB) in size A0 portrait.You will bring your printed poster to the event. A board will be available with your poster number and Velcro strips to affix your poster. Posters will also be electronically displayed.
Authors: Max number of authors is fourteen. We require the first initial (second optional), last name, email address and institution that most pertains to the work.
Disclosure: The Editor requires authors to disclose any commercial associations that might pose a conflict of interest in connection with the submitted article. All sources of funding for work should be acknowledged, as should all institutional affiliations of the authors (including corporate appointments). Other kinds of associations, such as consultancies, stock ownership or other equity interests or patent licensing arrangements should be disclosed to the Editor in the field here. If no conflict of interest exists, please choose 'No Significant relationships'. The Editor reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements. The author will be held responsible for false statements or for failure to fulfil the requirements.
